The Taringa Mixed Use Development Building is a 12 story building consisting of a hospital, specialty medical suites, hotel and retail shops.
BAMSS provided a turn key solution including a IP based high definition CCTV system with 34 cameras including lift cameras. The system also has the capacity for an additional 30 cameras to be added in the future.
The base build access control system has a high-level interface to the hospital, residential and hotel access control systems allowing staff, tenants and guests to use one card/fob to access multiple systems as needed. The access control system is also interfaced to the pay parking system allowing residents and staff to freely enter and exit the carpark. Visitors are issued tickets and require a validated or paid ticket to be presented before they can leave.
A MATV system including Free to Air (FTA) and Pay TV (PTV) distributed throughout the facility which was interfaced with the hotel in-house entertainment system.
BAMSS worked collectively with the builder directly to complete the project on time with minimal disruption to the schedule.
