Construction of Gasworks Residences Newstead, Qld – Tom Dooley Developments

Our Solution

BAMSS worked under the Electrical contractor as the single provider for all the low voltage systems including the intercom, access control, cameras, MATV, phone and data.  We were also responsible for managing the integration between services such as lift control, vehicle access, fire panel. This gave the Electrical contractor peace of mind knowing that he had one contractor to talk to about all the integration.

BAMSS was responsible for the intercom, access control, cameras, MATV, phone and data throughout the project.  We installed an Inner Range Integrit Acess Control System including interfacing with the lifts and intercom systems, Aiphone Video/Audio system, Stacker MATV system, Structured Phone/data networks, CCTV.

BAMSS continues to service and maintain the building including routine maintenance, emergency call outs and remote support.
